Cultural change could be observed on 2012 woman's day: BMW Group in Munich, Germany, took their first woman to the board of the traditionally male dominated German automobile manufacturer. The culture change: She is an external person coming in (usually only internal people get promoted to the board), she is female and she is from a different nationality (Spanish).
